Patrick was born and raised in Northern Nevada, is a descendant of the 102 Ranch, and maintains strong ties throughout the State. Patrick attended the University of Nevada, Reno and thereafter pursued his aspiration of practicing law by graduating from the University of Idaho, College of Law. After law school, Patrick became a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Schlegelmilch of the Third Judicial District Court, and his legal career was propelled.
Subsequent to the judicial clerkship, Patrick was an associate in a small firm in Yerington, Nevada, where he began establishing his practical legal knowledge from a tenured and highly knowledgeable attorney. As a former civil deputy district attorney, Olga Walther joined the firm with valuable knowledge and experience handling numerous practice areas affecting Lyon County and Northern Nevada, including issues in land use planning, real property and real estate transactions, water rights, and public utilities issues. During her time at the County, Olga served as legal counsel to the planning department, working with staff, the planning commission, and the development community to help shape sound policies for our quickly growing community. This experience allowed Olga to work with and witness the unique challenges and opportunities Lyon County provides to new development and business growth.
Olga also represented the county in the court appointment process of the public guardian to persons who have been declared incompetent or of limited capacity, and advised and represented the child support division of the District Attorney's Office in court master and district court proceedings. Massey Mayo brings 15 years of litigation experience providing legal services to rural Nevadans and has had the privilege of practicing in various courts, and before many Judges, in our great State. As a private litigator, Massey represented clients in family law matters, the adult criminal system, the juvenile system, probate matters, real property matters, guardianships, estate
